Finally I managed to leave Vilcabamba. From there I took the bus to Loja where I went to the hairdresser Daniela had recommended me (and I really needed it). I also looked around the city for a while, but it did not impress me too much. Too many people, too much pollution. Although it does have a number of pretty colonial buildings.
