It seems an age since I last wrote, but we've been keeping busy, spending time in the Kathmandu Valley (in Kathmandu itself, Patan and Bhaktapur) and Bangkok, before flying to Hanoi and travelling overland through Vietnam to Ho Chi Minh City.
