Mike and Marie were our guides today. They took us up to Palm beach first - in rain- then came south beach by beach till we got to Manly which has 2 beaches, one in the harbour and the other on the ocean. They have an apartment overlooking the harbour, near the ferry terminal. After lunch, Mike showed us where he had lived as a boy, and lots of boyhood haunts.
