The countryside of Toowoomba is pretty beautiful, and the landscape comparable to Rottal-Inn/Bayerischer Wald.... unfortunately I have not seen any kind of kangaroo/wallaby so far, BUT: they are supposed to be out there in the bush, which just seems to start somewhere behind Toowoomba....Toowoomba has fought some severe droughts in recent years, so the government is subsidizing rain-water systems ... read more
