Shrines

I´ve been wanting to get up close and personal with one of these. Finally, while lost on a dirt road I accidentlly foudn one. I was reading my tour book and also found that, like this one, shrines of a baby come from a ledgend that a women escaped into the desert to get away... from something... and she died but her baby lived. Its become a thing for truckers who maintain the shrines and leave bottles of water for thirsty travelers. There were water bottles there. Very interesting....
