Left Mt Maunganui to make our way over to Hamilton to meet up with friends, Bek & Rich, who have recently left the UK to live in NZ. Drove out to Bridal Veil Falls. Water plummets 55 metres down a sheer rock face into a green pool; some droplets evaporate before they hit the bottom, creating a shimmering veil.
