3 Options to get to Luang Prabang, Fly Laos Airline, really bad safety record, dont publish there crash sats, conveiniently. This nice little speed boat, 30 people killed a year on them as they often hit debris, 2 day slow boat, some reports of sinkings, but all in all the safest we thought
