We checked into The Point Hostel in Arequipa and set out to explore the town. It was night time and the city was alive. Taxi's beeping and whistling everywhere, buses flying around corners, policemen on the side walks greeting us as we past, friendly staff trying to promote their restaurants to us, and the main plaza, Plaza De Amas, was lit up like Time Square!
