Great Place, not so great tour

We booked an expensive tour in the Loire Valley that had really great moments, good ones, but was annoying in that the tour operator did not treat us fairly. We booked with Off the Beaten Path. They promised 5 gourmet meals, a stay at a grand chateaux, a visit to 7 chateaux and a balloon ride.
