Inle Lake: And yet another amazing place. a large lake surrounded by mountains. The shore line is covered by a km of bog. This is where many people have made there homes right on the bog. Creating farm land, planting crops (tomatoes)on floating strips of bog that are attached in the lake bottom with bamboo poles. Houses are all on stilts.
