The Trip Back through the Canyon to Cahuare

The last 15 minutes or so of the return trip we were literally pelted by rain. This is Mexico during the rainy season...when it rains it really comes down. Once again, we have had great luck because the day was perfect up until the last 15 minutes.

We continued our journey to the adventurous and mysterious state of Chiapas. We arrived into the Tuxta Gutierrez airport mid-day, which was our first stop.
