Just got word from Ruri in Tokyo that our Certificates of Eligibility have been sent. We're having them sent to Vancouver since we'll be there for Jeff's wedding. This is great news for us because if they hadn't arrived by now we would have had to fly back to Toronto and wait, losing time and money better spent in Asia! June, 2007 We got married in June of 2007 and figured our backpack through Asia trip had to happen now or never, so we quit our jobs, sold our cars, rented our condo, and booked our plane tickets. Now it's time to teach in Japan and then travel through Southeast Asia! May, 2008 We arrived safely back in Toronto, and we have to get back to real life!
