On Thursday we left the hotel at 6am to drive about four hours south to Petra. The most famous of Jordan's tourist sites and voted the new 2nd World Wonder, we arrived on site at about 11am after stopping at a small store on the way in. Bottles of water and just about anything else at Petra is extremely expensive so I highly reccommend to anyone coming to bring their own supply... and lots of it ... read more
