Senior 'SMART' Car

I've seen many of these little contraptions roaming around Norwegian streets. This particular man was stopped in front of the Oslo H & M store and yelling at the worker who was dressing a mannequin. For that reason alone, I took his photo.

As time passes on here I am slowly starting to feel the wrath of "walking" everywhere.
