Maripipi, Leyte, Philippines is another beautiful place. It is a virgin island. The folks are hospitable and kind. You can cover the island by 4 hours walking. A portion of its beach is also white sand.. but most part is colored dark gray. If you want to retreat from the crowded and noisy places, just go to this place. The silence is deafening.
