Hoi An Festival

Our first night in Hoi An there was a huge show on a stage built out into the river. It was complete with 2 big projection screens, 5 or so cameras, stage lighting, fireworks. And... we forgot our camera. So we took a picture of it on TV back at our hotel

This was such a lovely city! An Indochina Cultural Festival was being held during our stay. Although the photos show that we experienced it from the comfort of our hotel room, we did partake in the festivities. Whole families came out and listened to the traditional music and munched on an Eastern version of Kettle Corn.
