The Museum of Anthropology

This was the best museum that we have ever seen. It offers more than you can absorb in a single visit. We spent three solid hours here and could have spent more time, but our late arrival due to closing time only allowed us the three hours. Its long, rectangular courtyard is surrounded on three sides by two-storey display halls. The 12 ground-floor salsa (halls) are dedicated to pre-Hispanic Mexico and the upper level shows how Mexico's indigenous descendants live today.
