I let Oxford at 11:30am, 25th June, for a 3pm flight. Nervous and worried about what exactly it was that I was doing, I said goodbye to my Dad (who got in trouble for carrying liquids and being in the departure queue) and headed off on the 17 hour flight to Singapore.
