Stuck in Karibib, waiting for someone to pick us up. an unfriendly Kavango wanted to rip us off by charging the double rate of the normal busfare for Rundu. So we told him to F**k off, and instead met the friendly Namibians in Karibib.

High were my expectations of the Namibian capital. A castle Neuschwanstein perched on the slopes between the Eros and Auas mountain chains, with a quaint cobblestoned town centre of thatched roof houses, was the least I expected.
