Its towers are truncated due to a calculation error of the architect. If they had been raised to their planned height, the foundation of this church to the Immaculate Conception, would not have been able to bear the weight.
The Spanish Connection June 13th 2007 The plan was to sell Miriam's Car in Cuenca with the help of her Brother Santiago, so that involved a fairly substantial road trip but first we would stop in Babahoyo to pay a visit to Miriam's Mum and Aunt.

Began 2004 in Asia travelling for 14 months through 10 different countries and then spent eight months in Ecuador in 2007 but have now returned to the rock that is Jersey in the UK and the days of backpacking are long gone (maybe) and its just the old fashioned holiday, watch this space.......
