We departed Arequipa on a bus destined for Puno, a supposed 6 hour journey away but due to a breakdown and some quick (ish) roadside repairs it took closer to 8. At least it gave us a much needed toilet break. Puno is a small port on the Peruvian shores of Lake Titicaca. So... It's been six years since we got back from our big family travels. A lot can happen in six years and the kids are growing at a pace that's completely overwhelming. We have 'settled' back into life in the UK, which for all its problems is an amazing country and we love it here. We've got back on track with our careers and the kids are progressing well with their schooling. As for travel, thankfully we still haven't stopped.
