Turns out there is life after Paihia... Having tearfully left my friends behind I headed back to Kaihu farm for a weekend. It was great seeing Jenny and Michele again, but sadly the garden that Andrea and I had painstakingly cleared of grass had returned to its overgrown status...at least other backpackers now have the chance to experience Jenny’s great cooking...
