Had the chance today to drive up to the Mandan Indian Village site and catch the great view of the Missouri River from high above on one of the hills of the Missouri River Valley (from the Bismarck, ND side). The Missouri River is pretty low nowadays so the sand bars are pretty evident. Still a very pretty view looking toward Mandan, ND and down the River.
