The count down is on! Leaving on July 23rd, the backpack is becoming full and my flat is becoming empty! Can't wait to feel like a free spirit, travelling around from Russia all the way down to indonesia, then across to south America to see the Inca trail. Fantastic! I qualified as a teacher in 1997 and have been teaching ever since. Thoroughly enjoying my job, I took the first brave steps to having a career break. Selling my flat and minimalising my belongings and gradually throwing useful travelling things into my backpack ready for the first leg of the journey on Monday 23rd July.
