Today we had breakfast in our apartment. Cooking was a little challenging as we had no range. We did have a microwave and an air fryer that would allow you to bake. I was going to make sausage gravy and biscuits, but there were no microwavable bowls to make the gravy. So I fried the sausage, baked the biscuits and we had biscuits and sausage sandwiches.
