It's basically a donut dough shaped around a wooden block which is cooked over coals and then coated in your choice of cinnamon, icing sugar, cacao and the like. Quite tasty.
Day 58 - Dynamic Routing August 28th 2023 We walked into the centre of town for dinner last night and stumbled across some Sunday night entertainment. There were street vendors selling their wares as well as a stage set up that had violins, drums and a double bass.
