The rejuvenated Samaritaine building

Founded by Ernest and Marie-Louie Cognacq-Jaÿ in 1870, what started as a small boutique on rue de Pont-Neuf became much more than just a department store. After being empty and condemned for many years, the building was acquired by the Louis Vuitton group, and In 2021 it reopened to unveil this revived iconic Art Nouveau building.
