Not long to go until I jet off to Kilimanjaro, and it would be untruthful to say that I am not feeling a tad nervous at this stage. Big Suze is a Northern Irish born and bred 25 year old who is just about to embark on (hopefully) the biggest adventure of her life to date. After a mere two years' post graduate work experience in the corporate world, Big Suze has decided to fulfill a long time ambition of international volunteering.
