Naar boven / Going up

We moesten van de lage stad naar de kathedraal in de hoge (oude) stad. Dat ging via 300 traptreden. We had to go from the low to the high (old) town. That meant going up 300 steps.

Day 14: Suzy - Laon

Today was a lovely walk through a lot of forest, culminating in the beautiful town of Laon. To the centre of the old town it was only 15 kms, but with looking around at the grand cathedral, and getting groceries and going to the campground, we ended up with 21.5 kms.
