We left early this morning, 7h20, because the days are getting hotter and we try to walk as much as we can while the temperature is still cooler in the morning. It was a longish day today: 26.2 km. Again we sleep in a hotel, because of the lack of anything else being available. A nice hotel too, but expensive. We met another pilgrim today, walking the other way from Rome to Canterbury.
