Elektrische bedrading / Electrical wiring

We saw this on the way. A different idea of secure and safe wiring than we have, I think. Dit zagen we onderweg. Toch een wat andere manier van denken over veiligheid met elektrische bedrading dan wij gewend zijn.

Day 6: Amettes - Bruay-la-Buissere

Today was a relatively short day again: 20.8 kms. For those that are keeping track, yesterday was 20.2 kms. We took the advice of our guide book and followed a shorter, alternative route, which meant we walked mostly on small roads, through villages and towns, not a lot of nature.
