What does cooked blood look like?

It's mostly hidden under the green nabo, but the plate on the left has only the fava beans and mote under the nabo. It's the plate on the right that also has sangrecita under the nabo. It's the barely noticeable brown stuff, the color of cooked liver, in the bottom left corner of the plate on the right.
