A strike in Cusco meant that Cynthias car was pelted with stones as she left the airport at Cusco on her journey to the hotel. All taxis were banned and no one was able to leave or enter Cusco. Including us who had tracked down a loco taxi driver who took up the challenge of taking us to Tipon. It was not to be. Every road out of Cusco was blocked with either boulders, people or rubbish.
