It is described as Cambodia's equivalent of the Grand Palace in Bangkok but its not as exciting and memorable and exciting as the Thai version

2nd entry... Caught a modern aircon bus this morning from Saigon to Phnom Penh quite a pleasant 6 hour trip. The border crossing was quite smooth due to our friendly and efficient bus assistant. The road was quite good from Saigon to the border but once we hit Cambodia there was a noticeable deterioration in the road and the standard of living. This is a really poor country.
