It is possible that the architect behind it either was a bit eccentric or designed it only as a gag. But what were the city planners thinking when they approved it? Or perhaps we should ask, what had they been smoking?

Cityscapes
Once again, I've enjoyed your architecture photos. I would have assumed this was a childcare learning centre or primary school! Although there are elements of it that I like :)

Love and hate
I guess it is a place you can develop a love and hate relationship to. As you said, there are elements that you can like about Rizzi happy house but I would get annoyed if I lived in it. It would be fun for a while but I would not be able to take it for more than a few months. /Ake

An architectural question
The paint job seems to be as odd as the structure. You would have to stand and study what was going on here for some time. Strange.
