It's usually warm during the day. Every morning I'm sitting in the opening of my tent and let the sun warm the sleepingbag, so that I can have the most needed icy bath before jumping back into it.

Day 15, 09.04.19. Tuesday. Visited the doctor today, test results were normal with exeption for semi-low kolekalciferol(D-vitamin). Maybe the bacteria made uptake of the vitamin harder for the gut? Or maybe it's because I've been really physically active for a couple weeks? I've read that top athletes tend to get low D-vitamin levels, D-vitamin is needed for uptake of calsium, I might be wrong, ... read more
