30 Hours on an airplane

It began with an hour and a half subway ride to the airport, was followed by three plane rides to indirect destinations on the way to Australia, and was topped off by countless hours spent waiting in airport gates. The thing we learned about flying across the world: economy=hell, and crazy eights is the greatest invention in the world.
Note to future travelers: Don't look poor when getting your boarding passes; they always give you the back of the plane.
