I came across this soccer game while wandering so sat down and watch for a little bit... it was a public holiday and the game was between the market taxi guys and the airport taxi guys...

I came across Jo and Jaynie who kindly invited me into their little village which housed around 50 people...

Step 2 is sprinkling banana leaves with coconut milk and then placing a layer of coconut and taro mixture...

Step 4... top with your choice of chicken, fish or other... and wrap and tie...
