Lap Lap is the national dish... I did try, however did not appeal to my tastebuds... it is a base mixture of coconut and taro or yam, topped with your choice of chicken or fish generally, wrapped in banana leaves and baked under hot stones...

Wow such adventures - would never have thought that raspberries would grow there, thought they only grew in cold climates - well there you go!!!
