left auckland and made our way down the east coastish, we are crossing into south island from wellington and are just making our way down, the weather was shit to start with but we drove across the hills coming out on the coast and we ended up staying in a little place called mount maunganui, a lovely little place by the sea, we had a 2 hour walk round the mount to see if we are ready for machu pichu but it does nt look good, i cant work out whos the worst out of the two of us and my knee doesnt feel that good, carrying 17 1/2 stone cant be doing it anygood.
the sun stayed out all afternoon and it was a wonderful place to be
