some more photos, this time from the southern-most point i've been to in New Zealand to the very final of my kiwi experience, i.e. Auckland. Tomorrow, 13th Nov i'm flying to Fiji YAY!!!!!

i was travelling on a hop-on-hop-off Magic Bus - New Zealand's transportation for backpackers and independent travellers. i couldn't have chosen better!

with my strong determination i took my second attempt to visit Milford Sound, this time from Dunedin. it failed again...road between Te Anau and Milford was closed, this time due to snowfall.....

just to prove i made it (others didn't bother). what a great idea to place a water fountain and a bench at the end of the street!

some struggled to remember the name of the place so the advice was to call it : Lake Take a Poo

Aoraki/Mount Cook is the highest mountain in New Zealand, 3,754m . Aoraki means "Cloud Piercer" in a dialect of the Māori language.

i didn't finish the trek. It was raining and hailing (boo this weather) and i knew that in this weather we wouldn't see Mt Cook anyway. Booo
