There isn't a whole lot to say about the Catlins. This area was a great tourist drive where we were able to see yellow-eyed penguins as well as blue penguins. But more than anything it was just about beautiful ocean views, waterfalls and a cave. I think the best way to get the most out of the Catlins is the read the captions on the photo's.

(this is probably my cheep way of getting out of writing a lot, to be honest it's getting to be too much!)

A small entrance fee allowed you access to this cave at low tide. This isn't one of those decorated caves, but still cool to walk through. Tidal currents carved this one.
