Kia Ora! Yeah, we are still alive. Just rubbish like normal. 5 months since the last blog, and yep, it feels like a life time! We have had a crazy season here in NZ, worked our bottoms off running a nightclub and lived our dream working as instructors during the day. So actually it feels like 2 life times! Ohau is a tiny resort, one lift, with spectacular views. The snow wasn't great the day we went but we did hike up the back wall and got to enjoy some of the best skiing views I have ever seen.

A beautiful rainbow trout. Killing it was horrible, it was very very close to being put back. But we kept it and it was delicious! We both having fishing licences, which helps fund a programme the ensures the rivers are not over fished and a breeding programme to restock each year.

This is such a lovely spot. Unfortunately the fish are nearly impossible to catch. Rich has caught one here but there are 3 that are about 5m from the bank and just sit there teasing us!

Si and Cleo are friends we made in Fernie. Since the course they have had some amazing adventures through South America and Australia. While on the NZ leg of their world tour they came to stay. It was wonderful to see they them! This pic is from Puzzling world, the perception room. They are standing up normaly, the room is wonky around them!

hello this is maya i have never seen snow it looks great. we have a dog now his name is floyd he is a chocolate lab. bye maya Hi Guys looks like your having a great time can't imagine that you will be home any time soon got room for a little one!! would love to be there.
