Can I say, some days it feels a little like we are living in a Magicians Top Hat. One wave of the wand and, puff, there’s Australia, puff, we’re in New Zealand. Tada! So let’s go back to the UK for a moment. After our exhausting Canada leg we had a wonderful 3 weeks recuperating in Evesham. We ate way too much, slept too much and had a wonderful time catching up with everyone. Some hilariou... Read Full Entry

I know!
Man, it is all unreal. We still have to pinch ourselves to believe it is true. Thank you so much for spending some time with us when we were back. That's the one and only downside to travelling, you miss people terribly. It's wonderful meeting new people of course but special friends can not be replaced. You have been an amazing friend to me and I have missed you loads. But don't worry, when you and Maya go off galavanting I'll be a poor old woman and you can tease me with your tales!

Farewell Blighty, Hello Beaver Creek
Hi guys, great blog, glad to see that Rich and Ard's Big Adventure is continuing as planned, and may it bring you serious adrenalin! Partly inspired by your get-up-and-go approach, I have applied for a job in the US of A and yesterday received an email with a job offer. I will have the prestigious title of 'Chairlift Operator' in Beaver Creek (of all the names), Colorado. As long as my visa application is successful, I'm there, then I'm going to have a T-shirt with 'HERMES CARLYON' written on the front. Hope you guys are still in full health, and I look forward to hearing all about the usual tomfoolery in your next blog. Don't go melting that snow, love Herm
