THE CAR

Hello everyone

We have a car... a real bucket and dirt cheap too... you expect that really.

Anyway we have changed the paint job somewhat, nothing drastic, just a slight "splash" of colour. Ok so we have covered it in luminous paint, and I mean covered it, its the brightest thing on 4 wheels here in Queenstown and everyone seems to love it. Smiles all round... they are possibly thinking we are complete planks driving around in this thing but what the hell... do we care? ha ha ha

Other than that not much is going on here, we are job searching, hoping to get something active, maybe with the bungie boys or the canyon swing group, it would be great to get right into the action and get paid for it too. We are also looking at places to stay, cheap and cheerful, hell we arent in it for the comfort, just the basics, running water, bed, roof, and cooking fascilities.

We found a really good shop yesterday, the tesco, asda, and or morrisons, its a warehouse... called the warehouse. They do everything but food, the other one next door does the food and its half the price of the stuff in town... for the same stuff. Its really strange. Anyway we stocked up on the specials and no name brands, had a braai last night, nice small steaks, sausages and some pork burger things... hell its all good. Chicken in really expensive here, however they have specials every now and then we are looking out for. This morning was beans on toast... havent really had that properly before... no point in the bread, it goes all mushy... pretty gross, to enjoy it thick bread is required.

Todays plans... not a hell of a lot, going to attempt to wake up early in the morning to watch the England match... I wonder how the boys in white will do. Here is rooting for them. Then again Here is rooting for SA too. ha ha ha ha ha, sorry, I need to be patriotic in my own personal way.

Right Im signing off, its been one of those days, we need to go and scare more people with our bright car. MWA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAA

Oh yes, its a 1983 Ford Laser... and its colourful. Will post pictures when we get the chance.
