Everyone but two people were leaving today so we had to make up 38 beds. There was so much stuff to do! I was on bed duty and then I helped with the laundry as there was so much of it. We played a game of yahtzee and then Ben gave all of us some special ice cream for our hard work and for having to stay in the cabin haha.
A new group came in today as part of a wedding party. The bride and groom got married on the ferry over from Wellington. The bride’s dress was hideous!!! It was a huge white poofy thing and then she also had a huge white poofy thing in her hair. Strange. Sorry I didn’t get any pictures of it. But the hostel was full up again tonight.
Most of the people were at the wedding reception though so we got to use the free hot tub at the hostel finally!!! It felt sooo good after our long day.
