My Italian cousin has sent a book by post on the Eastern Veneto region where we'll be staying with his family. It is in English and shows 3 routes that can be taken covering the towns north of the Venice Lagoons to the coast.
The book is called "Lands of Eastern Veneto. Tourism and cultural guide" by Laura Pavan.
