Only 2 more days in New Zealand 😞

There is about a 90 % chance that our passports should be at a post office in Christ Church when we get there tomorrow, which means we should be able to fly to Australia on the 3rd of March.

We made it up to Kaikoura a couple of days ago, leaving from Dunedin and stopping in Christ Church along the way. You know how hard it is to wake Julie up, haha, so I ended up driving for about 3 hours (she says less), while she slept in the back of the campervan. She's still saying its less. The drive into Kaikoura was a little scary when Julie eventually woke up and started driving 😉

Highlight of the trip this morning! Julie and I went swimming with the Dusky dolphins this morning at 6:00. It was definitely hard to wake up, but swimming with around 800 dolphins in the morning was great. They equip you with wet suits and snorkling gear and you get to entertain the dolphins by making lots of noise and moving around in the water. Its nuts when theres like 5 dolphins swimming all around you and almost touching you. Hopefully we can post some of the pictures that we took, but it really was quite smashing. They were all jumping out of the water and being really playful. We saw lots of flips and jumps while we were in the water. It was pretty cold, and my fingers are still half frozen as I write.

Anywho, gotta go for breakfast and warm up with some coffee. Horse back riding this afternoon Yvonne 😊 Two more days to go!
