It was Annika's last day so we decided to do another dinner party. Annika made us dutch apple pie and Emily made pizza dough from scratch. We made so much pizza it was ridiculous but so so so so so so so yummy!!!! It was really sad to see Annika leaving. She's off to Australia for a few months before going home to the Netherlands. She was definitely one of my favorite people here. We had so much fun together and she's such a great girl! Have to go to Amsterdam again!!!

It was a pretty quiet night as Hiro wasn't around to dance up a storm for us. We ended up watching the movie Whale Rider and eating our pie.

Quite a mix of dishes prepared and served in your hostel--- from Sushi to Pizza-- and who knows what else!!! Looks like you have a whole lot of fun making the dishes, not just in the eating!
