Driving to the WestCoast we stoped at Arthur's Pass and went on a hike to look at a waterfall but the hike to the base of the falls was closed so we had to settle for the distance view.

Nathan, Helen forwarded your trip log to us. My husband Lou travels to New Zealand twice a year and has told me what a beautiful place it is. I had no idea that it was spectacular. It looks like youre happy and having a great time. It's funny to see you in the snow when it was about 107 in Pleasanton today. Enjoy, that's what life is all about!
